My name is Sam Gonzalez, Assistant Principal of E.L. Kent Elementary School. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from West Texas A & M University and a Master of Education degree from Lamar University.
I began my career in Amarillo, Texas where I served Texas public school children and their families on both an elementary and middle school campus. In 2017, my family relocated to the DFW area and I joined the CFBISD team in 2021 as an Instructional Coach at Sheffield Elementary.
I married my high school sweetheart; who is also a CFBISD educator and coach, and we have two children Kaden and Avery who attend schools in CFBISD.
I am excited to serve Kent Elementary and support our staff and students in their continued achievement. I look forward to getting to know all of our Kent families!
